Bring us a physical object and we turn it into accurate, usable 3D data. Our blue-laser and structured-light metrology captures fine detail and true dimensions — down to 0.015 mm on a single frame — on anything from a small machined part to objects up to two metres.
We scan on-site or in our workshop, verify accuracy in real time, and hand back a clean mesh or a scan-to-CAD model ready to measure, redesign or reproduce.

How it works
- Assess — We discuss the object, the detail you need, and what the scan is for — measurement, redesign, archiving or reproduction.
- Scan — Blue-laser / structured-light capture with real-time accuracy verification; markers or spray only where the surface needs it.
- Process — We register, clean and align the scan into a watertight mesh, and flag any areas the geometry couldn't reach.
- Deliver — You receive the mesh (and optionally a scan-to-CAD model) in the format you need, with a short accuracy note.
