These terms apply to all orders and services via 3dwork.be, operated by Manfred Van Ursel BV, Vleeshouwersstraat 37, 9112 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium (VAT BE1022655063).

1. Scope

By placing an order or requesting a service, you accept these terms. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing.

2. Company

Manfred Van Ursel BV, Vleeshouwersstraat 37, 9112 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. VAT: BE1022655063. Email: hello@3dwork.be.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are in euro. Whether prices include or exclude VAT is indicated next to the price. Prices may change; the price at the time of ordering applies.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are placed via the web shop. Payment is handled by our provider Mollie (incl. Bancontact, iDEAL, card). An order is final only once payment is received.

5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via a download link or your account. Printed parts ship within the EU. Stated lead times are indicative.

Parts produced via our partner network (e.g. SLA, SLS, MJF) or larger runs may have longer lead times and adjusted pricing.

6. Custom services

For bespoke 3D scanning, design and printing, the quote and the arrangements set out in it apply. Files you provide must be free of third-party rights.

7. Digital licenses

Downloadable models are sold under a personal or commercial license as indicated. Reselling or redistributing the digital file itself is not permitted.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see our returns policy, including the statutory exceptions (e.g. custom-made products and downloaded digital content).

9. Warranty & liability

The statutory conformity warranty applies. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for print results based on customer-supplied files or for improper use.

10. Intellectual property

The website, our own models and content are protected. Nothing may be reused without permission.

11. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
