Returns & Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For physical products you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products (e.g. prints based on your file or specifications).

For digital files, the right of withdrawal lapses once the download has started, provided you expressly agreed to this.

3. How to withdraw

Email us within 14 days at hello@3dwork.be. Then return the product in good condition.

4. Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

5. Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.
